4. Nebraska Resource and Referral System (http://nrrs.ne.gov/)
Comprehensive internet resource that is user friendly to identify services for individual and families across Nebraska.
5. Born Learning (bornlearning.org)
Born Learning is an innovative public engagement campaign that helps parents, caregivers and communities create quality early learning opportunities for young children. Born Learning is designed as a tool for long-lasting community change that supports young children. Nebraska promotes Born Learning as part of its statewide Learning from Day One initiative.

The U.S. Department of Education offers useful information to parents, including tips on supporting your child’s learning.
7. Answers4Families (answers4families.org/_development_stages_child/)
The Answers4Families project (Nebraska Network for Children and Families) provides information, dialogue, education, and support to Nebraskans with special needs by providing Internet resources. The site offers information to parents on developmental milestones for infants and young children.

First Connections is a multifaceted, comprehensive telecommunications project offering education about infants and toddlers to teachers, caregivers, and parents across the state of Nebraska and beyond.
